Reviews and Ratings
This shared living house for solo travelers is a gem - the rooms are definitely 5-star quality, relaxing, and very sleek. The service was beyond helpful, making my stay the most pleasant ever. The location in the old town is perfect, tucked between the old city wall and the garden, allowing easy access to historic sites, beaches, restaurants, and shops. The dining experience was generous and amazing, despite minor issues. Casa Mae is a winner with its excellent facilities and warm, genuine people, offering a great city stay in Lagos/Algarve.
The hotel really surprised me with its unique blend of local architectural features infused with a bohemian chic twist in the rooms. While the lack of storage space was a slight inconvenience, the overall experience was exceptional, especially with the out-of-this-world ambiance.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully quiet with a lovely morning sun on the balcony, but it was a bit disappointing that the blinds were not working. The shower being visible from the bed was a quirky feature to keep in mind.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, near all the restaurants and beaches. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but a few more toiletry shelves and drawers would have been handy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay the most pleasant ever.
The hotel offers bright and airy rooms, with spectacular views, but the storage space is limited, and the balcony structure may feel confining. The service is friendly and helpful, especially from the manager Rodrigo, although at times it could be rushed and less welcoming. The location is beautiful and convenient for exploring Lagos, adorned with adorable staff and a relaxing design. The dining experience, while lovely, could benefit from more menu options and better pool towel availability. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor room and service nuances.
My stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The rooms were impeccably designed and comfortable. The service was outstanding, with staff going out of their way to assist me. The location was excellent, allowing easy access to historic sites, beaches, and restaurants. The dining experience was lovely, offering outstanding local fish dishes. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
